Farid Alhamwi, Founder & CEO
Farid Alhamwi has a passion for making his client's lives easier. He has over a decade of experience in corporate FP&A and saw a pattern: companies of all sizes struggle to bridge the gap between data and decision-making. Whether they lacked internal FP&A teams, have outgrown their current processes, or simply need a fresh perspective, the need was clear—so he started Paragon.
After Farid obtained his degree in Finance and Banking from Damascus University in Syria then moved to the US and received his International Economics degree from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia.
