Farid Alhamwi, Founder & CEO
Farid built Paragon FP&A Consulting with a simple goal: to give business owners and executives the financial clarity they need to make confident, strategic decisions without the overhead of a full in-house team.
With over a decade of experience in corporate FP&A, Farid has seen firsthand how even successful companies struggle to turn financial data into actionable insight. Reports get built, numbers get reviewed but critical decisions are still made without a clear financial roadmap. That gap is where Paragon makes the difference.
Farid partners closely with clients to simplify complex financials, build scalable forecasting models, and create forward-looking strategies that drive growth. Whether a company is scaling, navigating uncertainty, or needs a more disciplined approach to planning, he brings structure, visibility, and accountability to the financial side of the business.
Before founding Paragon, Farid developed deep expertise across budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance in corporate environments. He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from Damascus University and an International Economics degree from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia.
At his core, Farid’s work is about one thing: helping clients replace guesswork with clarity and turn that clarity into better business outcomes.
